Custom Fabrication Incorporated was founded in 1995 by mechanical engineer Kevin Killmeier. CFI began designing and manufacturing custom, high tech process machinery that served the food, pharmaceutical, aerospace simulation, as well as the web handling and processing industries. By the early 2000’s CFI expanded into the architectural arena of design and build. Our previous work has allowed for successful completion of dozens of high profile projects in major cities throughout North America. CFI employs engineering professionals with a tremendous amount of cumulative years of experience. All of our designs are created using the most current computerized design programs and rendering software.
Most of our projects start on the computer controlled high precision cutting machine which is capable of cutting steel and aluminum up to ¾ inch thickness. Our machinery has the ability to cut any computer generated shape or font allowing for the ultimate customization experience for our customers.
The manufacturing equipment at CFI is extensive, from the tube and pipe bending and rolling machinery, to the precision sheet and plate bending, as well as industrial cutting and rolling machines.
Our modern high bay welding facility includes nearly a dozen large format work stations that allow dozens of projects to run simultaneously. We also maintain dedicated production stations for high quantity order products that CFI produces monthly.
Our expertise does not end with the production of the product. Our division of Custom Powder and Paint is located at the same place. At our location we employ industry proven coating materials and techniques for our product finishes.
At CFI we have the knowledge, experience, expertise, facilities and machinery to accomplish every project from any material. From concept to creation we are here to support you with your projects.
We are exclusively represented by one of the largest park and recreation equipment suppliers in North America, MRC Recreation. Send a message today to get started on your next successful project.
